The SharpClose identity

The name carries a live pulse.

Every twelve seconds a pulse cuts through the wordmark end to end, holds, then shrinks away — and the name restores itself. Signal in, deal closed, next call.

The sharp

♯ — made of the word itself.

The musical sharp stands in for "Sharp," and it's built from rows of the word — a mark that is literally what it says. Compact, it becomes ♯C: the app icon, the avatar, the favicon.

Why we exist

Closers were sold seats. We built them a floor.

The market is full of dialers that charge per seat and comms APIs that hand you a phone number and a stack of compliance homework. Neither was built for the person actually closing — or for the agency running twenty client accounts at once.

SharpClose is the missing middle: texting, calling, and a CRM on one floor, multi-tenant from the first table, with compliance wired in instead of bolted on. An agency can spin up a sealed, branded workspace per client and rebill it as its own product.

We measure ourselves by one number: how fast a team gets from signup to a real conversation.

What we believe

Four principles behind every decision.

001

Compliance is the product

DNC scrubbing, quiet-hours, consent trails, and verified onboarding aren't add-ons — they're the reason your numbers stay live. Carrier trust is a feature, not fine print.

002

Transparent by default

One live ledger meters every message and minute against a clear rate card. No seat games, no mystery invoices — the number you rebill is the number you see.

003

Automation does the busywork, people close

The platform handles the logging, the follow-ups, and the repetitive work in the background — so your people spend their time in the conversation, not the CRM. A human always closes.

004

Every client is your brand

White-label runs all the way down. Your name and logo on the handset, the dashboard, and the invoice — sealed, isolated, and rebillable. We stay invisible so you don't have to be.

Do all that — plus this

Compliant, first-party communication — verified before it ships.

Good comms platforms give you channels. We put a verification gate in front of them. Every SharpClose account clears business verification before it can send a single message.

  • Verified onboarding (KYB). Legal entity, EIN, and signatory confirmed before go-live — no anonymous senders.
  • Phone-verified operators. A one-time passcode confirms a real, reachable human owns the account.
  • Consent & opt-out trails. Every recipient's consent and STOP request is logged and honored automatically.
  • A2P 10DLC & TCPA aware. Campaign registration and quiet-hours enforcement are part of the platform, not your to-do list.
  • Per-tenant isolation. Each client's data is sealed at the database row — one workspace can't leak into another.
  • Opt-in data stays private. Text-messaging consent is never shared or sold — full stop.
